Email notifications now support threaded conversations

Email notifications about new messages are now threaded by conversation in most email clients. This way, your users can more easily stay on top of messages with a clean, organized inbox.

Under the hood, threaded email notifications work by including the conversation ID in the email’s References header, which indicates that a message has a parent message. Most contemporary email clients can use this reference information to group email notifications accordingly.
